                         On farm demonstration is one of the important activities taken up at KVK, Lengpui. Kharif crops like Okra ( variety – NS-801, NS-808, NS-810 and Arka Anamika) and Babycorn (Variety – Golden Baby) were sown and harvested from the demonstration plot of KVK, Lengpui. The product we obtain from our demonstration plot is utilized by selling it at a low price to the local vegetable vendors. The whole amount of these crops sold to the vendors totaled to about 170 kgs and 280 kgs for Okra and babycorn respectively. These were sold to the local people at low introductory prices
